You may not be able to ascertain from the entry in the local directory whether or not the aerial fitter is a member of the CAI, so you will need to ask when you make contact. By selecting a member of the CAI to install your new aerial or get advice on which aerial to use, you will be assured of good service. You can check their credentials on line. The CAI take false representation regarding membership very seriously, and name and shame rogue traders on their web site. All members are trained in the art of aerial fitting and have the relevant qualifications. Look for tradesmen who have National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) or City and Guilds qualifications.
